To help you enjoy your visit at Ascension Wellness, please adhere by our lateness and cancellation policies which are intended to enhance your experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us. We value your business and it’s reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with. However, we kindly ask to Please notify us 24 hrs. in advance which gives us the opportunity to book another appointment. If less than 24 hrs notice is given, we will charge 50% of the service amount. No call/no show will be charged 100%.

LATENESS POLICY

​

The time that we have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. I’m order for us to provide excellent service for All our clients, we ask that you come 10 min. before your appointment, 15 min. for new clients. For every minute you are late, we will have to deduct it from your time.  Although we hate to do this, it is necessary so we can ensure all clients are seen at their appointed time.
